You must be over the age of 18 to receive treatment. Otherwise, there is no criteria for joining. If you are unsure if the program is a good fit for you, you are able to have a free initial consult with Dr. Reardon before choosing to join the program.

No. Patients are able to "self-refer", or be referred by a physician, family or friends.

Yes, we ask that patients commit to us for 12 months, as we know that it takes time to improve overall health.

There is no mandatory exercise plan for patients. Conversations around physical activity are completely based on individual ability and lifestyle. Intuitive movement is encouraged.

Following the 12 month program, we are here for you as much or as little as you need! Appointments can continue monthly, every few months, or not at all!
There are other options for post-year patients that tailor individual needs!

Post-year plans are something that we are happy to discuss with you throughout your program so that you feel prepared and supported even after the initial year.
